These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of services provided by Vijay Scale, a trusted weighing scale shop located in Shilphata, Thane, Maharashtra. By purchasing our products or availing our services including digital weighing scales, industrial platform scales, truck weighbridge systems, weighing scale repair, calibration, and load cell replacement services across Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, and Dombivli, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Business Scope
Vijay Scale deals in the sale, installation, servicing, repair, and calibration of:
- Digital & Electronic Weighing Scales
- Industrial Platform & Heavy-Duty Scales
- Retail, Grocery & Jewellery Scales
- Truck Weighbridge Systems
2. Conditions of Sale
- Goods once sold shall not be exchanged or returned.
- Within one week from the date of purchase, service support will be limited to repair only.
- The company shall not be responsible for damage caused due to water entry, battery leakage, short circuit, rat damage, voltage fluctuation, or improper handling.
- If the machine is repaired or opened by unauthorized technicians during the warranty period, the warranty shall become void.
- The standard warranty period is one year unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Payment & Cheque Policy
- Payments must be made as agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- If any cheque issued by the customer is dishonoured and payment is not cleared within 7 days, the company reserves the right to initiate legal action.
- Cheque return charges of ₹500 will be applicable in case of dishonour.
4. Warranty & Repairs
All repair and calibration services are provided with due technical expertise. However, Vijay Scale shall not be liable for damage arising from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, external electrical faults, or environmental factors beyond company control.
5. Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.
6. Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
7. Modifications
Vijay Scale reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
